With reasonable $95 annual fee (waived the first year), this business card is best for frequent United fliers who don't care about lounge access.

Review of the United MileagePlus Explorer Business Card

With the United MileagePlus Explorer Business Card you'll earn unlimited 2X miles on United ticket purchases, dining, gas stations, and office supplies, and 1X miles on all other purchases. Miles can be redeemed to book travel with Star Alliance™ and other partner airlines, upgrades, inflight purchases, hotel stays, and car rentals. Miles can also be used for merchandise, gift cards, and special events.  

With this card you'll earn 50,000 bonus miles after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months. You can earn an additional 10,000 bonus miles after you spend $25,000 in the first 3 months. And since one-way Saver Award travel starts as low as 12,500 miles, these bonus miles can go a long way towards your next trip. 

In addition, each year on your account anniversary you'll earn 2 United Club one-time passes for complimentary beverages, snacks, and amenities like workspaces, free Wi-Fi and more.

With its $95 annual fee, this low cost card functions primarily a means to earn miles for your next trip, but will only get you lounge access twice a year.
